Designer elopements

Your wedding day can be:
Party's over! Now the anticipation game begins. This is the toughest part, waiting to relive the best day of your life and seeing how ridiculously cool the two of you look in your wedding outfits. My turnover depends on your session and the time of year, so could take anywhere between 6-8 weeks. Once it's done, I will send you the online gallery and hopefully the album, prints, and canvas you ordered, although those can take a bit more time depending on the current demand of the print shops. You write me a raving review about how much you're gushing over the photos and what a pleasure I was to work with, and we spend the next few months tagging each other in all the socials. END SCENE.
Step 5
GAME FREAKING DAY. Everyone's stoked; you're chugging a morning mimosa, your partner is jamming on their guitar to a song he just wrote about all the feels, and your dog is so excited it's peeing on every carpet it sets foot on. I'm likely glued to my camera in la-la-land, stars in my eyes, loving every moment the two of you are creating. Maybe I've stepped in your dog's pee and haven't realized because I'm too excited to see these photos on the big screen. Or, maybe it's 9AM and we've already summited a mountain for sunrise. Everyone's day is different, but what stays consistent is we all have the time of our freaking lives.
Step 4
The in-depth planning begins! You ask me whatever questions you have, and if you don't already have a location, I help you find one. I start helping you with a timeline since it can make or break the photos (sunrise vs sunset vs when the ceremony will happen, etc). I will walk you through what you'll need for the day and what you should maybe leave behind, and we will have crazy brainstorm sessions to figure out an execution plan.
Step 3
I'm free for your date or, more likely, ready to plan a date with you! Freaking awesome! I've sent you my packages, we've had some back and forth about what works for you, and we've figured out how I can help make your day unforgettable. I'll then send you my contract, you read it over and sign it, and send me the retainer amount. Then we pop a bottle of champagne from wherever we are in the world and from whichever timezone (it's always 5 o' clock somewhere, right?!), and toast to another great life decision under your belt.

You're feeling my vibes, liking what you see. You're ready to write me an email that will boost my ego through the roof, hit that send button, and then do a little dance to shake off the tension from making contact with a human you've never met before.

Let me give you a quick run through of how the booking process will go. It's important you feel comfortable in making the first step!
So, what's the process?
"If you are looking for a photographer who will not only capture breathtaking, jaw-dropping photos but also act as your ultimate elopement guru, look no further.
My partner Lea and I decided to elope in Iceland and booked the 2-day package. Since neither of us had ever been to Iceland before, we were incredibly overwhelmed by the logistics. But from day one, Shawna stepped in and took all the stress away. From scouting the most insane, hidden locations to helping us build a perfect, relaxed timeline, Shawna's planning help was an absolute lifesaver. Neither of us are planners, we like to jump in a see what happens, so having someone give us some structure was a godsend.
Because our life is a little beautifully unconventional, my boyfriend Mike came along for the ride too (yes, we're a poly thruple). Going into this, we were a little nervous about how a photographer might handle our dynamic, but Shawna welcomed all three of us with pure warmth, excitement, and acceptance.
As a massive bonus, Lea and I are both vegan, and finding out that she is a fellow vegan was the icing on the cake (pun totally intended)! We got to be foodies together, not that we went to Iceland for that, but it just made things easier throughout the days.
And the photos? Oh. my. gaaaawd. When we got our sneak peeks back, they literally brought tears to our eyes. We STILL haven’t stopped raving about them to everyone we know!

Proposal, Engagement, Honeymoon, Vow renewal
You can add physical copies (prints, canvases, albums) to any package. I highly recommend getting tangible copies of your photos, otherwise they may sit on your hard drive forever collecting digital dust. This is one of the biggest days of your life and you're about to invest in some professional photos to make you look your best, you gotta show that off to people! And besides, Grandma wants a copy on her fridge, doesn’t she?
Albums are made with the finest quality materials. Covers are made from sustainable wood or linen and come in a protective box. Your names can be beautifully etched in or printed on the front so even your great-great-great grandchildren will know who you were. They will be in awe over how wild and gorgeous their ancestors were.

Let's be honest, you're already a star. But you will legit be the main character for a day on your personal motion picture.
Planning

I know several amazing planners who are happy to help plan your day. As your photographer, I help you with itinerary creation, location ideas, and give you guidance on vendors. Your planner will book all your activities and vendors for you, sort out your venue (if you need one), get all the decorations you need, coordinate the day-of, and deal with the headaches of back-and-forth contacts with vendors over here.
Private Helicopter
• Starting at €1800 for photography
Take the most incredible scenic helicopter ride of your dreams, where you're questioning reality itself because it's so FREAKING AMAZING, and then land on top of a mountain for minimum one hour! Best for those who want privacy without all the hiking, or getting up for sunrise. Prices for the helicopter itself start at €2000.
Drone Pilot + Social Media Video
• €800 2 hours / €1,500 full day (Dolomites)
For those who want to live in the moment and enjoy, and not touch their phone. Drone photos + videos and videos taken on the latest DJI/iPhone for a NEXT DAY reel for Instagram, plus more reels to come. You receive the best raw iPhone footage as well to use as you please. Drone footage is both region (no-fly zones) and weather dependent.
